These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ListPurity, operated by Magnetic Media Brokers LLC as part of The Brain2 Project. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our email validation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ListPurity provides email list validation and verification services. Our service helps identify invalid, disposable, and potentially harmful email addresses in your email lists.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

  • Validate email lists obtained through illegal means
  • Send unsolicited commercial email (spam)
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
  • Resell our services without authorization

5. Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you validate emails. Unused credits on paid plans may roll over for up to 3 months. Free tier credits reset monthly. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Service Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy in our email validation, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Email deliverability depends on many factors beyond our control. Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnetic Media Brokers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magnetic Media Brokers LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
